The Crop Filter panel can be expanded to show options for searching, filtering, and sorting the current crop. Conditional filter buttons will be shown for Collection, Library, Status and Location. In this example, we’ll use the filter buttons to target specific books ina a specific section.
How can I sort and filter a crop, to target specific sections?
Use the collection filter to target “Home and Garden”.
Use the location filter to target books which are specifically on the shelf. Use the “Copies” filter buttons to focus only on items with more than one copy (so we don’t end up transferring the final copy of any books).
Our original collection of 81 books has now been filtered to 21 entries which are specifically available in the Home and garden section, and are not the only available copies, sorted by author.
