I need a list of items that are missing or assumed lost across the whole collection
First we need to select the relevant options from the ‘Library & Collection’ filter panel. We’ll select ‘Rose Library’ and ‘All Collections. The number of items is displayed at the bottom of the panel, split into available and loaned items.
We're not filtering for author or title here so we can leave the Author & Panel blank or hit the x in the top right to make sure it’s being bypassed.
In the ‘filter settings’ panel, first select ‘Find Items’ to reveal the relevant options, then use the resulting dropdown to select statuses of interest. In this example we’ll choose “Missing items” and “Claimed Returned Items”.
Move the metric slider to select all items which have been active less than 3 months ago, a tooltip will display as you are moving the slider showing the current slider position, and number of items at this point.
Open the results filter to reveal the items returned by our filter selection. Hit “save” in the top right of the panel to open a panel prompting you to name the crop before saving.
Your crop will automatically open on the harvest screen, where you’ll see a gallery view containing your books. Additional queries will run in the background to fetch book covers and availability data
